The Kayapo Tribe
We were studying the different layers of the rainforest and discovered that there are hundreds of tribes who live in the rainforest! We decided to focus on the Kayapo tribe and learn about their beliefs and customs. We found they were similar to the Maori Tribe in some ways, especially with their tattoo designs.
One thing we found particularly interesting was how the tribe has changed throughout the years. While some of the tribe still live as they did in the past, others have integrated into regular schools and live as families instead of tribes.

Ancient Greece
We recently learnt all about Ancient Greece. The children worked in groups to research, discuss and present facts they found out about Ancient Greece. Everyone put in so much work and the presentations were excellent! We heard facts and stories, saw art and diagrams and even got to watch a drama!! Well done guys! :)
