Wellbeing
Our wellbeing has been very important in the return to school. We have been doing our 5 mindful breaths using our breathing ball each morning, listen to a minute of reflective music and reflect on our day during our religion lessons, and have been learning new mindful breathing methods such as the 5 finger method. We have also been engaging in guided meditations and guided yoga sessions to help us feel calm and to allow us to have mindful moments throughout the school day which is ordinarily very busy!

Religion
In our classroom we have been enjoying engaging with the Grow in Love 2 programme. We have listened to and learnt a number of religious songs, have been practising our prayers, and have been listening to a number of stories from the bible based on Jesus' miracles. We have also learnt about Jesus' apostles and baptism. We even had a christening for our baby doll and dressed her in Múinteoir Caoimhe's christening gown!
