Science

We celebrated Space Week from 3rd to 7th October, 2016 and had great fun learning and singing about the planets in the Solar System. We made planet hats! We also learned about rockets and our teacher helped us to make foam rockets which we launched in the school yard. We put energy into the elastic bands to help the rockets fly. We had a rocket race with balloon rockets and discovered that the more air in the balloon the further the rocket would go. Space Week was brilliant!
We set up a circuit and the light shone bright!
We made a boat and watched it float!

We even learnt how to make it rain!
