Inside Outside Ropes

In one of our PE lessons we used the Inside Outside elastics. We learnt the jumping rhyme 'England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Inside, Outside, Inside, Scales' and practised our jumping skills. When we mastered jumping at ankle level, our friends moved the elastic further up their legs to challenge us!
